By installing or using Hyperliquid CopyTrader (“the extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
1. What the extension does
Hyperliquid CopyTrader is a browser extension that displays public trading data from the Hyperliquid exchange. It lets you (a) view leaderboards and trader cohorts, (b) add wallets to a personal watchlist, and (c) run paper-trade simulations with virtual money. The extension does not place real trades and does not handle real funds.
2. No financial advice
Nothing displayed in or generated by the extension is financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. All data is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make outside the extension. Past performance of any wallet shown does not guarantee future results.
3. No affiliation with Hyperliquid Labs
Hyperliquid CopyTrader is an independent, community-built browser extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyperliquid Labs or any of its affiliates. All trading data is fetched from public Hyperliquid endpoints.
4. Acceptable use
- You may use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension for commercial gain.
- You may not use the extension to harass, dox, or harm any third party whose wallet is publicly visible.
- You may not use the extension in a way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. No warranty
The extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or that the extension will be error-free. Hyperliquid’s public API can return stale, incomplete, or inaccurate data; we display what we receive.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension, including (but not limited to) losses you may incur from trading decisions made based on information displayed by the extension.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the extension and on this page at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may discontinue or restrict access to the extension at any time, with or without notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
